Considering A Visit?

If you are considering a visit to King of Kings, we would love the opportunity to meet you!  We’d like to answer a few questions you might have as you decide to be our guest this Sunday.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located at 1715 S. Lapeer Rd, near the corner of Lapeer and Stadium, in Lake Orion. When you arrive, enter through the main door our building by the round-about. Greeters will be present to welcome you, answer any questions you have, and help you direct to our sanctuary.

WHAT TIME IS YOUR SERVICE AND HOW LONG IS IT?

Our Sunday service begins at 9:30am and combines the best elements of our Lutheran heritage, less formal worship styles, and unique ways to engage with God. Singing is led by our worship team most weeks, with special music occurring at different times throughout the year. The service typically lasts about 60-75 minutes.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

No. Feel free to dress in clothes that are comfortable for you when you come to King of Kings. You can “dress up” if you want, or wear casual clothes. God is interested in your heart, not your wardrobe.

CAN I TAKE COMMUNION?

At King of Kings, we celebrate communion every week at both of our worship services. All baptized followers of Jesus, regardless of denominational affiliation, are welcome to participate in communion. We offer gluten/dairy free bread for those who need it, as well as your choice of wine or grape juice.

WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?

We love kids! Children pre-K-5th grade take part in kidFUN Worship following the kidMessage and then return for Communion.

Our nursery is staffed open for children 3 and under. Activity bags are available if you wish to keep your children with you during worship.
